Ok first my backround. 21 years old 190lbs 6 feet tall 10% bf. 6 years training on/off But, this past year training and eating solid and consistantly. I know how to train I know how/what/when to eat. This is what I would like to do for my first cycle, please evaluate.
Sust - 250mg every 5 days for weeks 1-10
EQ - 150-200mg every 5 days for weeks 1-10
Week 12
Clomid - 100 mg each day for days 1-5
50 mg each day for days 6-10
Looking to gain and retain 15lbs of lean muscle. One of my primary concerns is having no Long Term side effects. Will this cycle have any? thanks
