Not yet. I am sort of in between, so when I do tricep kickbacks and DB lunges with the pink 5lbers I just hold my leg warmers in each hand to add weight. And I attach my "Don't Worry Be Happy" and my "4:19 - Got a Minute?" keychains to the DBs for some added resistance and chain work.
