hi guys.

currently doing 30 mg ed d bol have seen some good results so far but now am getting pain in the kidneys.

what do i need to do? or do i just ride it out.???

I got the same pain while on my cycle of sustanon/dbol

I tought at first it was caused by back exercises but after 4-5 days of being on aspirin I slacked on the dbol and the pain faded away...

It would be interesting to know why the kidneys would hurt at that low dosage of 30-35mg ed.

Anyone ? Solutions welcome too !

LOL, it's not your kidneys bro, relax...

It's called a back pump from the amount of water your holding from the dbol. Do some deadlifts and you will be in the locker room crying. Aspirin does help, just make sure you keep it in moderation, or just before a workout. Anti-e's really help keep this down too. Keeping your lower back stretched out seems to help too. It's part of the territory..

BTW: 30mg of dbol is not a low dossage IMHO.

Exactly. It's called back pump. It is due to water retention in your erector spinae ( the muscle that runs vertically along either side of your spine).

I really don't think there's a whole lot you can do about it, nothing has ever worked for me.

very likely. But, possible kidney stress and possible failure not to be guessed. If pain continues get checked. Note bodies adjustment to the drug as well as the new large intake of protein will tax the kidneys.

Yes, good catch. I watch my vitals via bloodtest and assume others do the same. Don't want to an alarmist but it's always a good idea to know for sure, such as the case with scotty-too-hotty.

You mean its normal to experiment back pain/kidney pain when on dbol ?

I would wake up in the morning without back pain but as the day goes the pain would be higher at a point that I HAD to take aspirin cuz it was too painful.

And yes I did deadlifts... Sucks to hear theres nothing to do :(

On the other hand sustanon didnt hurt my back at all :)

Sprectre-> 30mg/day is not a low dosage ?

What dosage would beas low and as effective possible then ?

Thanks

Yes lower back pain in the kidney area is completely normal on dbol, I get it on tren too.. Using both together is very painfulll for me, but nothing like being retard strong. Nothing else I have used seems to do this. (test, winny, deca).

IMHO, 30mg is pretty a good amount. I can easily feel 10mg ED and anything over 30 up to 50 I can't tell the difference. I suspect that much higher dossage for me would make some gains but I don't feel the need to go there as I prefer to use other and safer means. Conversly anything under 750mg test a week I can barely feel, this game is highly dependant on the person (genetics). This is just how it works out for me, I'm not a guru...
Good luck

Thanks for the answer, in my family theres kidney weakness so I guess thats why I felt it maybe more than usual people... The thing is I still have about 100 tabs of dbol, should I include it at 20mg a day with next cycle of sust/eq or just leave it in your opinion ?

If I'd knew it would still cause the pain I had I would not take them at all.. just wondering if 20mg a day would be less harsch on the kidney.., I guess I'll have to test it out.
