Sometimes I get up in the morning and my back is hurting pretty bad, it usually happens if I had a big carb meal with lot of sodium in it that gets me. Of course I drink shitload of water after a meal like that.
Now the only thing I can think of happening is, kidneys retaining too much water and getting so heavy that they hurt in the morning but is there possibility for something else?
