kidney and liver supplements

hey bros, i just started fina the other day...im running 75 mg every day and gonna be picking up on eq in about a week.....i got milk thistle for liver but i am unsure about kidney support....i've read to take cranberry extract. i went to the pharmacy and saw cranberry fruit for urinary tract function....is that the same thing, and what dose do i need to run for optimum protection....later
