Kicked it with Mr. O this weekend

I went to the Ronnie Coleman workout weekend down at Metroflex in Arlington, TX. I didn't pay for the trip, one of my clients paid for me to go. It was an awesome experience. I would reccomend it to anyone who is serious in the gym. Guys were dropping out of the workouts. It was something that I will never forget. His family runs the whole thing, they treat you like one of their own. We had a pancake breakfast at his house. He had all his MR. O trophies in his living room on the mantle. He has a home gym with 200 pound DB's. It was a great experience. If you are considering doing it do it!

Church was optional of Sunday, I went, it was awesome. They cooked the big breakfast at his house on Saturday morning. There were some big boys there, not too many wankstas.
