I just did my first ketostix test... It was a little darker than moderate but not quite but almost as dark as high...

Is that where i want to be? Or do i need to make sure i get into the darkk brown o be good?

You can be as low as small and it still be ok. If you drink alot of water (1-2gal/ day) it will dilute the testing, so it may not show up as high as it really is. I kept losing even when I tested only small levels.

So really as long as its changing, you're o.k.
