7 days ago I started the 50 grams of carbs a day. I'm in ketosis now. how high can I go on the carbs now and still stay in ketosis?

next time do as close to ZERO grams of CHO for the first 24-36 hours, and the night before you start to drop 'in', eat one Glucorell capsule every hour for four hours. Next morining: depletion full body workout, two heavy sets for three major body parts followed by 20minutes of sick HIIT cardio.

You will be in ketosis that night. 24 hours. THEN up your CHO to 30-50 and not more.

It took me 3 of the 7 days to get in.
I take 3-6 each gluco/ses every day anyway.
YES I use the Ketostix once or twice a day.
