I have ALA piss now, but I have like a metallic taste in my mouoth constantly.......

You can get ketostix at a pharmacy like Rite Aid or CVS, theyre usually behind the counter so you have to ask for them...otherwise its hard to tell without the stix, if you havent been eating carbs you would most likely be in ketosis within a week...

I've been under 150 grams...somedays under 100g, but have been taking 2.5-3grams/day of ALA.
