I've been eating these while on ketosis and they are the savior of my day..when you're looking at eating the same shit over and over, it gets bland...but these are almost like a "Junkfood" to me but they're not.
Get yourself some chicken drum-legs from the grocery store and boil them in water until they're cooked all the way through. Then get yourself some Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce...it's a red liquid and just pour the whole bottle in a big pot over the chicken. Eat the bitches straight from the pot. The entire bottle of sauce only has 30g's carbs and you're pretty much only eat what sauce is on the chicken...which is not much. I would guess you're probably only consuming 10 carbs or so...if that.
Good protein, good fats, low carb...and good eating. Just have a glass of water nearby it gets hot after 3-4 legs!
