Seems like a pretty dangerous way to re-enter ketosis. Many experts advocate cyclical ketogenic diets and one technique involves eating carbs right after a workout only. Basically, low carb all the time. Then after workout, clean carb/protein meal or supplement. Then go back to low carb. There is little time for the carbs to be converted to fat or cholesterol with this technique. Carbs are rushed into muscle tissue (assuming no insulin resistance) for glycogen storage. Very safe way to get back into ketosis without using insulin.
