You really need good carbs for energy which is needed in growing muscle. If you are going to limit your carbs, I would stick with ONLY sweet potatoes, broccoli, 100% whole wheat bead, and oat meal (not flavored oatmeal; too much sugar). There are some good ideas on the diet discussion board.
I would take the carbs out of the last meal of the day and get a good cario routine. Give yourself a good cheat day once a week, but don't go over board. My opinion.
