I am 5'6, 165 lbs and about 25% bf...
how does this look for cutting some of that fatttt?

Meal 1 : 4 eggs, 2 yolks
CARDIO
Meal 2 : designer whey shake
Meal 3: 1 can of tuna with celery and a lil mayo
Meal 4 : few slices of deli turkey (this meal needs help but i am at work - lifegaurding - any suggestions?)
Meal 5 : chicken and broccoli cooked in olive oil in a wok
LIFT
Meal 6 : designer whey shake with 1 tbspn flax oil
 
It actually looks kind of low on the calories. It looks like it's ~1300 total there. Be careful not to trigger starvation, even on keto.
 
Add some cheese when you are lifeguarding and just wrap the turkey slices in it!

Or you can add a polio string cheese snack or two during the day to add some calories and fat... its looks like a good low carb diet.... just don't skip the fat or it won't be effective
 
can u do your cardio on an empty stomach? I thinkits very benifical that way.

I waould also add a bit more food...trust me you wont get fat from eating this way. Ive lost 3 kg doing a similar diet.

eg have 2 cans of tuna with mayo
and add flax to your first whey shake.
The cheese w the turkey is a good idea too!
Dont be afraid to have more green vegies as well. Add more brocolli...its a great food...lotsa fibre very low carbs
 
i agree with the comment above. Do cardio before you eat anything. As soon as you wake up throw on some shows, dont even make your hair pr anything and just go. Come back and make sure to eat within 20 minutes when you get home. Ive lost a ton fo body fat this way.
