On the ones I got it rated small to large amounts does it matter where I fall or just as long as I am in ketos?
 
I took some ALA last night. I just took a test not in only other I can think of is I had one of those so called zero carb effect treats last night:(
 
I was in Keto today must have been the ALA like Ohashi said. I was so happy when is saw it turning pink. :D
 
How many days after your carb up should it take to get back into keto? I didn't bother checking yesterday since I carbed up on Sunday but this morning I check not in Keto yet probably check later today again.
 
With a proper diet and HIIT-cardio session, two days for most people. Experienced ketoers, like myself and BBF, can easily slip into keto within a day with a bit of cardio.
 
Do a twenty-minute HIIT session in the morning. Do another one in the evening, if you're on anabolics. Also helps to have leg or back day on Monday in this case (more glycogen used).
 
I concur with the leg or back workout. I can cut my carbs, up my fat and train my thighs and be in ketosis within a hour of finishing my workout.
