Keto Stall?

I have been following the Atkins' Version of the Keto diet for a few months now and have stalled with 15 lbs. left to go till I reach my goal weight. Would I be able to break this stall if I reduce fat or would that take me out of ketosis. I am 70/30 fat/protein now.

Try taking 2 days off the diet: Eat carbs the whole 2 days....doesn't seem like a long brake, but it should help you break through the stall.

If not, then you'll need to go 3 days.

Definitely, first 2 days: 85%fat/15% protein...then after the first 2 days eat the 70%fat/30%protein ratio that you are used to eating.

Are you sure you're still in ketosis? There could be some hidden carbs you're having without knowing. That happened to me once.
 
go with the advice of MR X...

carb up a bit to get your body switching modes...
the carbs will help refill muscle glycogen stores and
then switch back and you should get through...

Never had that problem ;)
Too many women where I live, the ratio is about
3 women for every 1 man...so, I don't plan to rename myself in the future LOL :D
