Ceebs New member Sep 30, 2002 #2 What are you eating? Sounds like you may be eating too much protein; the higher the ketogenic ratio (fat grams to protein grams), the fewer cravings you should have. Or it could simply be time for you to have a refeed...

MrMakaveli New member Sep 30, 2002 #5 How much do you weigh? I'd lower the % of fat and protein to 75/25. You might not be establishing ketosis which is the cause of your hunger.
