MR.X, i am trying to write up a keto diet but i am having a hard time ( i know i must sound like a idiot) Here is the thing, after reading your article on a ckd i found that i would basically need 180 grams of fat and protein for a keto diet. Breakfast noproblem 4 eggs or 3 eggs and some bacon. Shakes in between meals..... scoop of isopure no carb and 3 tbsp of flax in some water. for lunch and dinner i have no idea. Also i need to know what i could add to a shake with a scoop of pwder and 1 tbsp of flax.
