I recently started a keto diet and i think i am taking in too much. I can't even eat anymore. I am 200 lbs so i take in 2400 calories a day. 180 g of protein which is 720 calories and and 187 g of fat which is 1680 calories. For about a yr or so before i started this. I was only taking in 1800 calories a day or so and was fine... never hungry. i would refeed on the weekends. I would make huge gains in strength this way as well. I maxed out at about 365 on the bench, So i was never weak or tired. Do you think my body just got used to this amount of calories?? Should i drop my calorie count on the keto diet or keep it the same??? IT seems like i am eating too much on it. I can't put down anymore flax oil or walnuts or tuna with mayo. Also, what other foods are good to eat on this type of diet?? PLEASE HELP!!!
