keto diet on winny. good or bad idea?

sup guys,

ill soon be starting a winny only cycle @100 ed for 6 weeks in preparation for spring break. is moving to a keto diet for this period a good or bad idea? im looking to maximize fat loss and i have been on a low to moderate carb diet for almost 3 years. if this is not a good idea can you outline a good diet for me to follow ( simply outline). im 247 at the moment @ about 18%bf. i run on an empty stomach in the morning then eat then lift immidiatly. is getting down to 12% unreasonable? any help or experiences would be appreciated

I'm not an expert on any kind of cycles, but running in the morning on an empty stomache is excellent for fat loss. Although, eating and then lifting immediately afterwards is not good. You need to split it up. LIke if you run in the morning then workout in the evening.


What exactly is your diet?
