I'm on the Keto and here is what I've been eating:

Breakfast: Chicken w/shredded cheese and A1 sauce

Snack: Turkey rolled up in provolne cheese

Lunch: Chicken or steak w/cheese and Blue cheese Dressing

Snack: Turkey rolled up in Provolne cheese

Dinner: sausage and chicken with A1 Sauce

Late snack: Turkey and cheese again.

Drink about 2 gallons of water a day and I'm doing ECA every two weeks.

drop the a-1 amd blue cheese dressing and any stuff like this it is loader with sugar, corn syrup. Deli meats often have fillers like potato starch.
 
I'd cut out the dressing and the sauce and replace them with olive oil and add in some vegetables. At least a small salad (about 2 - 2 1/2 cups loosely packed). Also, are you taking any supplements? Supplements are someone of a necessity these days :D
