Not sure on the carb content (im thinking little here) but I marinate those bad boys in soy sauce and chinese five spice powder for about an hour or so.
I server them up with a tbsp or 2 of mayonase (the real shit if on keto) and they are very tasty.
Ahh, just found that a tbsp of DARK SOY countains 1.2 gms of carbs so that should be ok.... 1 tbsp of soy per breast

not sure about the five spice... but just use it sparingly... I understand you can have some carbs just not too many... and lots of mayo will be good 2. I even cook it this way when not on keto but have reduced fat mayo or other dressing.
