That's a lot of fiber, 7g carbs per 1/2 cup basically, and, yes, 2 cups are 28g carbs. But, again, they can lie, so be careful if you're really counting carbs close. Otherwise, it's a great cereal.

I've never seen specific tested guidelines for fiber, the general rule of thumb is to keep it around 20g or less. But, that varies greatly from person to person, I would say give it a shot and see how you feel. I personally drink a blen of 50-100g fiber before I go to bed due to some digestion problems I have, and I'm fine.

Cool, I'll try it. Gonna eat it on my carb-up day tomorrow during the last 3 low GI meals....belive it or not this cerial doesn't taste bad at all if you sprinkle a few splenda or equal on it.....definitely good stuff .
Thinking of maybe adding 1/2c of it to my oatmeal every morning....only adds 7g carbs to the meal, and a shitload of fiber.
