keeping diet down

hey guys its me again well i wanted to know if there is any tricks to keeping food down?????


i know the diet is a main thing for building mass and ive been eating and eating....

i dont have a dietition and i get my diet from like those muscle mags and a few times ive chucked from being so full...

i read that the protien intake should be at least 1.5 times the desired body weight???????

can i take a protien supplement for one of the six meals a day???????


am i infact eating to much?????

if you have a diet plan im all ears that is if you have the time to give me advice...

Yes. Need you age, height, weight....

Generally if your really bone thin and don't have any visible bodyfat, you can get away with eating slightly higher amounts of calories than an endo/mesomorph and not have to worry about fat gains. Multiply your bodyweight x 25 and shoot for that total amount of calories spread throughout the day. Doesn't have to be whole food if you can't get it down. If your not used to handling large amounts of food have every other meal be liquid and slowly work your way to consuming more whole food meals. Whole eggs, milk, red meat, rice, yams, shakes.....

Make sure your training AND diet is spot on as well. Core heavy lifts, low reps, low sets and make a goal to add 5-10 lbs. to the bar every couple weeks. You can't force feed muscle growth but you can force feed fat gains. Not sure who said that quote but it's quite true. Good luck.
