Keeping 6 day lifting routine on ckd diet?

I do not have enough time to stay in the gym for a longer duration of time and train only 4 days during the week. So is there any possible way to keep with my current routine, 6-days a week lifting schedule, while on a ckd diet?

if not i might just have to say fuck it and stick with my low carb diet.
 
i would go with 5 days,
day 1 chest/tri
day 2 back/bi
day 3 legs
day 4 shoulders
day 5 off
day 6 total body depletion
day 7 off

but 6 day's week plan will work great also
 
Definately do your hardest body parts early in the week after your carb load.....I am doin 4 days training..No cardio, too exhausted
 
So why do you not just cut the sets down and keep up the intensity. btw - how much time do you have to spend in the gym???
