First of all I'm about 250lbs, 16% bodyfat, 5 foot 10 inch. I keep getting small muscle tears nearly everytime I work out. At least that's what it feels like. I'm using medium wait, not to my heavy stuff yet and pop. It feels like something pops and then pain. My last leg work out it was at the top of my tear drop where it connects. Hurt for about a week then went away. No discoloration though. Today doing leg presses and something felt like it poped on the inside of my upper leg, like in my groin area, now it's really sore when I move my leg. What could be causing these small muscle tears? I am taking two Adrol a day and I take prescription potassiom tabs 3 times a day with multivitamens. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Maybe not enough water in the day or maybe not enough stretching?
