I would say your body fat is around 12-14%. Keep at it.

Here is a good video for you to watch on the most bulking and cutting mistakes people make -> http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/...lking-cutting-mistakes-people-make-47556.html

I recommend carb cycling as a way to loose body fat while holding onto all your muscle mass (or even continuing to build muscle). Carb cycling makes a lot of sense. Both scientifically and in a real world sense. No one will question the fact that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is that too much of them will simply get you fat.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.

I explain how to set up a carb cycling diet and have a full sample meal plan in this article here -> http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/s...vor-44776.html

you do not have a lot of muscle on your frame compared to someone who is a strong gym rat.. but lets face it you look better than 95% of typical americans.

you really need to keep grinding away.. i see a lot of upside for you.. and i also see someone who is still very raw. not sure how long you have been lifting but you will mature your muscle as you put in more hours

i wouldn't even worry about 'cutting' or any of that bullshit.. just keep grinding at the gym

You are at a good body fat but if you want to cut more to get those abs to pop I don't blame you. You definitely have some room to build some mass on your frame as well. I would just stay clear of the dirty bulk. You should be able to add some lean mass and cut up if done properly.

I would say the bodyfat is above 12-14% for sure. There is still a lot of place for improvement regarding the cutting phase.

I would advise you to consider lean bulking - what's the point in cutting first, then bulking, then cutting again? Just do lean bulking all along, and you will stress your body less with better results.
