My guess is the plane in pic1 is military.
The black streak in pic1 looks like a crash of some sort.
Due to the numerous buildings I would also say this is either a military air base or a private one but due to the size I opt for the former.

Stealth Bomber crash at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
I'd say it's someone where there is a nuclear plant nearby, or some military facility.
