Karma for You - Cutting Advice Needed

I would like to lower my body fat and not lower my strength and mass.

man do some research bro. there are a lot of things you can do for that. DNP would be one of them but i think that would make u weak. but thats something to start off with. Dont just take my advice for it, you need to do a lot of research and find out what will be best for you.
 
Start cutting down your carbs to start.....Get down to about 50 a da....Get ALA....Cardio/Clen/ECA and a clean diet will shed b/f b/f juicing............
 
i believe this is all in the diet. write down your diet for a week...to the T, dont leave anything out. and then post your diet or email it to me. i will tear it apart and put it back together. you are gonna have to start doing cardio 5 times a week, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. the good thing is you get one cheat day a week.

Um, no DNP is NOT the kind of thing to "start off with." DNP is one of the few things we use that can actually kill you in a matter of days if you dont know what you are doing.
 
Had the same problem after surgery

Well hit the cardio Am. Started 4 times/wk now up to 6
Cut carbs. back....ALA,CLA and eca for a few weeks then clen for two weeks then back on eca and so on.
Ok It's working but it's "no wonder drug" !!
On me it just takes time
 
You need to do cardio 4 to 5 times a week 30 to 45 mins at a time in the morning before you eat. You should do it at a relatively low pace like 3.5 on the tread mill also don't do the same cardio more then two times in a row. This should alow you to keep your strength. You may want to cut your carbs but I recomend doing more activitys instead but the best thing to do for cutting carbs is to set a time when your going to stop ingesting them like say 6 or 7 at night.
