Karma Distribution

A few things I've noticed. People in the NE are bad at giving karma. People in the midwest don't know what karma is. People on the west coast are to high to give karma, and if they do, can not differentiate between green and red. People in the south are the only ones who really understand the karma thing. The only guy from the west coast that knows what he's doing is

I stopped giving it way so easily. The last time I did - Welcome K! - some new guy got all pissy about it. It takes awhile for my k cycle to reload.
