Karma color codes?

Hey,
I have recieved 3 different Karma colors.
1. Green, Approves
2. Red, disapproves
Can someone tell me what the Blue one means. I have two of them.

Also, do you think it is ok for someone to leave you bad karma, only because they don't approve of your sexual preference?
