question is .. i know gear will pretty much help u hold muscle in a calorie deficit diet .. what about hgh .. will HGH help u hold muscle when in cal deficit diet? i wanna lose 15 pounds pretty quick without muscle loss .. not worried about gainin muscle right now .. ALL I HAVE IS HGH ON HAND
 
i had a friend take 4iu's and lost pretty good weight..with a good diet..and cardio...

its mainly about diet and cardio..

no it will not help.. you need/should run some sort of t4 or thyroid supplementation while running GH as well..

Even var only will not be enough to stop the catabolic effects of a restrictive diet.. and if t3 and or clen were used, you will lose muscle..

400mg test per week is best..

good luck.. that's just my personal experience.. i've run it all 3 ways..

If you wanna reap the benefits fron hgh, get some test with that...500mg susta250 along wit hgh will make you a beast.
