me: three scopes on right knee(meniscus, mcl, acl--all 1/2 - 2/3 gone), and reconstructive ankle surgery on same leg. Trust me, follow your physio like it was the gospel. what little bit of size you might lose now will be gained back much more easily if you work to keep flexibility. Flexibility will also prevent further injuries to said joints in the future so do all the fucking stretches you can find and ice and heat as much as you can and when you want to stop do some more, it is very important.
I'm a fucking 25 yr old 50 yr old because I was worried about losing all my size and trained heavy instead of working my support muscles and flexibility.
