just wondering...abs

Hey new guy here just saying hi.

I've seen the commercials on TV that have the ab workout with the electric impulses. You starp the battery pack around your waist and it send the impulses to ur abs and seems to claim wonders. I was curious to know if anyone here had tried one or had any experience with them. thanks.

It doesn't just work on your abs!! I have fifteen of those things. I strap one on each major muscle in my body before bedtime. Damn dude, I haven't lifted in a few years, but I look just like Arnold. See, there is a way around hard work.
