Just told my girlfriend about my gear use.

We were chatting on IM, and the subject of "I care for you no matter what" came up. So I told her I did have something we needed to discuss, but in person. She convinced me to just tell her over IM since it might be easier. Well, I did. Her reaction was so cool. It was no big deal to her. She felt I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't know what I was doing. She doesn't necessarily like it, but she has no problem with it. And she has no problem with me doing it in the future.

I knew I liked her. :D

It may seem cool now my brotha but trust me she will do something that is gonna really piss you off then she is gonna come back with well when you said you used steroids I didn't give you a hard time. Ahh bro like they say some things are better left unsaid and this was one of those things.

I at least expected a long discussion. She was pretty nonchalant about it. I wonder if I can get her to do my injections during my next cycle...
 
That's cool, but wait 'til next time you guys get in a heated argument. See if she doesn't try to use that to her advantage somehow. Or maybe, since you guys haven't been together that long, she's still in the "I'm a cool girlfriend who's down with everything no matter what" stage.

Or maybe you just got lucky and have a really cool girlfriend.

First of all, I really do think I have a future with this girl. I needed to know how she felt about this now.

Second, she occasionally smokes, which I DESPISE, but I told her I'd never tell her what to do. She has taken a similar attitude, though she doesn't feel as strongly about it.

I know you mean well. It's all good brother. I just don't think she's the type to pull this out as ammo. She really is a wonderful girl.
 
Also wait and see how she reacts to you being so horny when you are on. My wife gets sick of me attacking her all the time. But I can't help it I'm a horn dog on Test.

She asked me if that was why I was so aggressive in bed when we first started sleeping together (she digs it). :D I said it was a small part of it, the rest was normal old me.

:FRlol: I did tell her I met them. And that I started talking to them on a "fitness" message board. But I didn't mention Elite by name. I may keep this as my little sanctuary.

Plus, after all the good things I've said about her, I don't want her coming her and getting a swelled ego.

Guys, thanks for the warnings and concern. I struggled a long time over this decision. If I thought she was only a temporary girlfriend I would have never told, especially since I'm not even on a cycle right now. However, I think this one may become a permenant fixture in my life. I had to know how she felt about this now instead of later.

And she cooks. As a matter of fact, she's an awesome cook and she makes high protein healthy meals. Tues night she made me a chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and potato things and a huge side of steamed broccoli.

I have to agree. Sorry Fro cuz you seem like a real cool bro, but you gave her something to hold over your head when you guys argue.. You never want your chick to know your buisness. I got one now threatening to call the pigs on me now, because I made that mistake (not AS but other things) However, I hope that I am wrong. Where I live there are so many women that have "blinded opinions" on the topic. I think very few women around here would have been so understanding.

I've tried to get him on our program and he insists that his training is going fine.
 
lol my training is going quite nicely..BUT i am gonna ask HAVOC to make my next training program..making it myself it always get kinda limited. cuz i know what works, and dont always wanna try new things.

The average gain has been about 9 pounds in 4 weeks on our priogram with basically zero increase in bodyfat.

Havoc posted his w/o on the training board about a month ago.

Thread was - HAvoc I'm callin you out..

Mine is a 40/30/30 split.

400 grams carbs
300 grams protein
130 grams of fat(most is which from flax and unsaturated sources)

I have to eat my fucking ass off - like I get tired from eating - in order just to get over 300 carbs.
if I just eat the way I want, then I get 200 or so carbs.

then I was checking out a diet that was saying that someone my size should have 200 or so carbs when cutting and 600 on the break day... so basically my normal eating patterns are dieting? no wonder I never put on weight.

and cornholio - I think some of my weight gain was fat - my abs feel more jiggly - it makes me look jolly.

I've been getting over 300 protein, around 2-300 carbs, and 150 fat, mostly EFA and Udo's choice and CLA

yes - although I considered dropping it after taking a pic and seeing how bad my face/neck looked.

I dropped down to ~6-8g a day instead of 10-20 and it seems to be a little better. I do 3-4g before working out, and the same after.

you can still see abs and veins and stuff, just there is that little bit of pudge that I can never seem to get rid of over my intercostals and around the belly button.
that and my enourmous fat thighs - I get those from my mother.

Change up the squats like we talked about and stay on for two more weeks. If you don't gain at least three pounds during those weeks, we can start a totally new one.

Sounds like a weiner. I mean, winner. I think my training partner and I are going to hook back up March 1st and train together again. After I see the new program, maybe I'll try to talk him into it.
