I call BS.
I honestly think that there are too many people in this world using bipolar and manic as an excuse. I have seen many cases where people are claiming to be bi polar so as they can get disability checks in the mail. Obviously there are cases out there where the people are truly off their rocker (crazy) but it is not as many as claimed!
