Would it beneficial to inject twice weekly (Sunday and Thursday) than once a week.

150mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and 300mg Test Cypionate. This is the total intended per week.
