ok im just starting out in weight lifting.im 17 and am a a bit out of shape .looking to get in to better shape and to start weight lifting.im not looking to get ''huge'' just want to have a healty life style.if some one could help me out with a basic weight training schedule and food guide i think i will be on my way.i have access to a full olympic gym so weight lifting gear is not the issue.i just dont know what excerises i should be doing to get in better shape.any help would be great.thanks
