just starting out need assistance.

don't make fun of me i am thinking of starting to bodybuild and i was looking at all the supplements etc on supplementkingdom this is what i was thinking of getting. i think it is way too much stuff but this is why i am asking this question,


what should i start out on?

First off, forget all of the supps man. more importantly how long have you been lifting, how old are you, what are your goals, history, diet, bodyfat %?

If your just starting out you don't need any of those supps. and that is a LOT of supps you want to get there.
 
i am not sure what my body fat% is,havent lifted a damn thing in my life but i am 19 and can hold my own and plan on doing steroid(direct from the vet)

i am just looking at a good starting cycle to bulk up before i hit the roids and start hitting the weights and don't call me stupid for starting on steroids so soon i know most people wait years before starting.


this is why i am here looking for experienced lifters/trainers to assist me on what to start on.
 
Bro, i'm going to give you my advice, what i think is right.

Steroids now would be the dumbest thing you could possibly get into.
i'm 19, like yourself. Been lifting since 16. Did some various supps but didn't even try them out until i lifted natural for 15 months. I would NEVER even think about trying steroids at this age. i've seen people do it and most all of them regret it. but they have even lifted for a few years.

This isn't something you can do overnight. believe me, i wanted to get huge fast. you at least have to tell us how much you weigh.

all of the smart bodybuilders build a core first, then they go from that. you can't have a core with no experience lifting. 19 is way too young for steroids. it's even too young for pro hormones.

Madcow's 5x5 variation of Bill Starr's Routine would be a great starting split for you. it's simple and i added HUGE gains the first time i did it in only three months.

no matter WHO you are if you eat garbage your going to look like garbage. your diet is essential.

what should your supplements be?
A multivitamin, Fish oil pills, and Some flaxseed.

what should you eat?
chicken breast, eggs, milk, greens, fish, red meat, whey isolate shakes, oats, ww bread, brown rice, cottage cheese before bed.

PM me more about yourself so i can help you set up a split.
Believe me, at least go natural for a couple years if you must use steroids....

Iggy is absolutely right. It would be irresponsible for you to use steroids at this time. You need to spend the next 3-5 years training, dieting, and learning your body. In that time you should be able to build the foundation to eventually consider AAS.
 
Don't take any supplements at all right now. You would have to be completely dedicated and already far along to merit using anything at all, let alone spending that much money.

Besides protein and multi-vitamins, I see no reason to buy any other supplements at all at this point.


Get in the gym and start lifting.

Actually, that's exactly what you need to hear. Starting steroids at this age and so early in the game is STUPID!



Not saying you are stupid, but that choice you know is against your better judgement. Exactly part of the reason young guys should stay away from this stuff is because they make stupid choices even when they know it is a bad choice. It's called immaturity.


Go over to the weight lifting forum and look up the 5X5 lifting program. Start on that and have fun. Oh, and eat lots of meat.
 
deff get a good mutivitamin .. thats a must
creatine -- i would get helps with strength and energy levels for me
protein powder in bulk -- i would get also ..get that protein intake high

this is a good start for a growth program


get your diet training and supp program down and dont touch a steriod to your 21 ATLEAST .. u should wait even longer

This is the BEST advice you are going to find on here. Read it, follow it and grow.

Don't waste your money on any supps right now. That money would be better off being spent on a PLAT Membership so you can do some proper research before you mess yourself up BADLY.

If you don't have any previous training experience, and you try to do gear, EXPECT to suffer an injury, and EXPECT to be extremely disappointed. You do realize that running gear at your age COULD destroy your body for the REST OF YOUR LIFE?

You would have better luck building a house without a foundation than running gear without previous training experience.

Go spend sometime in the diet & training forums.

hahaha. no problem bro. glad something good could come out of this night. lost 200 up in canada, got 600 bucks worth of shit stolen from me this week, and both my buddies got their heads split :(
