Just starting out. Am I ready?

I am 30 years old
I have been lifting for one year seriously
I lifted (sports training related) during high school and off and on after.
I took my diet and training pretty serious and made some good gains IMO ... I am not sure if muscle memory is just a myth but I am happy but I could always have more... just like anything

So I am 186lbs now.. 5ft10in and relatively lean

I was thinking of doing my first cycle starting in December .. Of course I need to do way more research and I am ..but what kind of cycle would you recommend for me..

health wise I am okay.. I had high blood pressure for 6 months a couple years back but I think it was more stress/injury related and everything is normal now and I take zero medication

the decision is ultimately up to you man. only seriously lifting 1 year isn't a lot, but you also said you been in sports for a while

nobody can really control what you do.. just make sure you run the cycle correctly and run your proper ancillaries.. and find an approved source.. check my signature below

If we leave the question of being conditioned well enough before starting a steroid cycle, I always recommend to start off with a testosterone solo cycle. On a first time your body will be hyper-responsive, so you will get pretty amazing results just with testosterone, and there is no need to use any other compounds with it. Make sure to be using an AI from the first day of the cycle, and prepare everything for the PCT before even starting the cycle.

Physically and mentally it sounds like you are ready. You say you need to research more so that is exactly what I would recommend for now. Keep reading here and over at evolutionary.org. There are so many articles there for you to check out.

Age wise (30) is fine. You've some sporting background which is ok. I would prefer to see a little more time under the bar (as it were). I feel you've some more progress to come. The first 1-2 years are when we all make the most natural progress. More so if our training, nutrition and recovery are fully on point.

December, as on your year to date, takes you to about 16 months. If you held off another 8 months I feel that'd be better. You could buy products (supps, SARMS and gear - via the recommended sites and with our guidance) and still learn all you need to know in the mean time.

Then BOOM! It'd be on like Kong!

Here is a good article for you to read that talks about knowing whether or not you are ready for steroids: http://www.evolutionary.org/are-you-ready-for-steroids/

The longer you wait to do your first cycle - the more you will get out of it. Steroids are a tool. They are kind of your 'ace in the hole'. You want to make as much progress naturally before using steroids. That way the steroids will get you through the sticking point you reach when you are close to your natural potential.

Look at the best bodybuilders of all time - Kai Greene, Ronnie Coleman etc. They all built a base naturally. They learnt how to diet and train. Then when they added in the steroids, they absolutely exploded.
