50 year old newbie looking for advice,just picked up some hgh 6mg 18iu,s per vial according to box. How much should i start with,read some stuff so just started 3iu's a day is that enough to get me going.

first to get my strength back then my size,got this pretty cheap so am starting with this have d-bol and test-c on order.was a firefighter got hurt have rods in back now and haven't lifted in awhile but time to jump back in.
