Hypers- 8x bodyweight 8x bodyweight
Weighted Sit-ups- 8x55 8x60 8x65 8x70

I am doing basketball twice a week for about 1 hr each day. Should I stick to that for cardio or can I do 1 or 2 more days of HIIT?
 
The cardio you get from basketball is enough. HIIT mixed with squatting 3 times a week will hinder your recovery!
