just started thinkin about juicing need advise

Hey guys thanks for everything and for all the help. Look I just started getting interested in bodybuilding 6 months ago. I want to eventually get up to 280lbs within the next 3-5 years. What i have learned in the past week I think I am gonna go on Deca 300mg/week with dbol. I am gonna add in around 4500 cal a day on a 16 week cycle. I'll also be taking either bicreatol or creatine titrate. I just started think about using steroids so I'm new at this but I definately need to use them if i want to be a body builder. Now what i don't know is after this cycle should i use deca again for my next chosen cycle 8-10 weeks off of steriods or should i try a different steroid or wait a year before using deca again?? I want to put on some good mass and train heavy and i thin kdeca is a good choice for that ?? right or wrong??
 
I read in a bodybuilding magazine that the best result for dec will come out of 16-24 weeks that way you cycle off for more time and you keeep most of the gains

We need stats first. Now here is some SOLID advice. FUCK WHAT YOU READ IN THE BB MAGAZINES!. 99.9% of what's in those magazines is bullshit. I'd also wait it out and keep doing research, then come back and post again with questions as well as stats.
 
I'm 190 pounds 6'1 and have a lot of muscle but lack mass I know what I'm doing pretty much nutrition wise and in the gymn I just need some help on what my cycles should look like and what to take and when to take it like what i should use after decaand d-bol stacked
 
I think the first question should be if you only got into BB 6 months ago why are you considering gear already ????

And the concept of to be a bodybuilder "I deffinately need to use them" is not only a rediculous statement but an insult to all those who have busted their asses to do it natural.

I would say train for a cpl. years and do ALOT of research.
 
^ i agree you should wait. Your body will respond to natural training for awhile yet. 6 months isn't long enough. The more muscle you gain naturally the better foundation you will have to work from. As far as i've seen, if someone gets into bodybuilding and goes on gear right away, they almost always quit eventually and everything becomes a waste. BB'ing has to become a way of life before you get into the gear. I've seen this happen many times. Nobody is trying to tell you what to do but you can sure get some good advice from experienced people here.
 
im 17 and ive been lifting since my 13th b-day and i did everything wrong the first 2 years and STILL made incredible gains. Try it natural for a couple years. When it becomes difficult to make strength and mass gains after several years THEN consider juicing. That shit can fuck u up so don't use it at a point when u would be making great results anyway. Think about it in 3 years, when you hit some plateaus.

Good advice, I've witnessed this more times then I can count.
 
you guy s are fucking dickheads. the guy asks for help and you bust on him. anyway- i started juicin when i first started training hard - got excellent results, fuck waiting - you want muscle, and you want it now. so i would say if you are tall enough you are ready at 13 but anyhow, whatever your age is your late to the game so youve got to play catchup. and 300mg of deca isnt going to do this. my first cycle was 900mg noarden50 a week with d-bol and anapolan50. my weight exploded 50 pounds in 2 months. probably went overboard with dose but hey , the job got done. now your goal to go from 190 to 280 within 3 years is possible- i went from 160 to 248 in that time period- but you will have to do almost nonstop druguse, this is something i dont think is good for you, mentally especially. you need some off time. id take 300mg deca to start , work up to 900 slowly, then take a few weeks off , then start your dianabol cycle, work up to 40 mg /day, take a few weeks off , repeat with another drug. using this way will let you see how you react to diff drugs, so you can develop favorites. shotgunning ( the way i used ) and you wont be sure which drug did what and you will have to start all over again ( like im doing now ) to see which drugs work for you personally. your lucky to have someone tell you this shit because i had to learn this on my own
 
900 mg/wk of Deca ?! I thought most people liked there libido. Dbol and Drol ? Have you done bloodwork ever ? Anyway, Protobe, stay away from gear for a little while. Maybe another six months or so, get to know some others' personal experiences with use [and misuse]. Learn what cycling is about yourself, research dieting, side effects, training, recovery. Put a cycle together yourself, comeback in thats months time and then ask for some advice. 16 weeks is way too long for a first time anyway. You need to learn how your body will react to a slightly shorter cycle first. If you care much about you health, don't use drol for 8 weeks or in fact, don't use drol ever. If you can possibly avoid testosterone at first, do it. It's very tempting though...All of course in my humble opinion.

I guess if you start @ age 13 you could take thoose dosages and still be as horny as a 25 year old ;)

Excellent advice. It's nice to hear from someone that can concentrate totally on muscle growth, without allowing intelligence or self preservation get in the way. Karma for you.
 
If you've been "in to bodybuilding" for only 6 months (and if you've been lifting for only 6 months as well), you need to take a deep breath and just hold off on the steroid use.

Train to maximize your gains before considering gear... and make sure your diet and training are optimized before you toss in steroids.

Its possible (unlikely) that he has been working out a lot longer than 6 months but just looking at competetitve bb'ing for 6 motnhs?
 
yeah thats rigt i was into working out took creatine monohydrate and got great gains not caring about nutrition or anything now I am into bodybuilding and won't take failure so i am gonna give everything i got to make it now when i train i train heavy i train till i can't hold my arms up or can barely walk i've never overtrained my body just grow fast and can heal fast from what i take now (nitrix) thanks guys for all the help I think what I'm gona do is wait 2 months till i juice this way by then i will have gained some good weight and have some money. this is why all of us get a bad name and are dubbed juiceheads. this is why society imagines we are taking the easy way out- which some are BTW. or put another way- using AAS as a life support machine. it's probably no use trying to convince a kid otherwise when he's decided to juice but at least u could help him not to be irresponsible with his doses. but u seem rather smug abt starting ur AAS voyage at 17.
 
drugs are drugs. whether you use 300mg a week or 900- your using drugs. sadly big doses are the ones that work. if he wants to juice he should. do what you want i say. i started out young - what am i gonna do- say this was wrong? i stick to my guns. actually i use less drugs now then when i first started out. if at no other time in your life, i believe 100% its vital to have lots of androgens when your growing up. 6 years later still going strong. and 2 years of that i was completely clean- i can be almost as big without them. there is no doubt that this is because i built it when i was still just a teen. its hard for someone to accept that is just starting out at 24- most pro bb were teenage champions. anyway him asking for help and getting shot down pissed me off . its like trying to pet a dog and have him bite you
 
When it comes to steroids, misinformation is sometimes the best sounding information. Best s o u n d i n g. There is a huge distinction between 300 mg and 900 mg. That's like saying, whether you take a gram of coke or 10 grams of coke its just coke. Same drug, higer dosage, imminent problems. Like it or not, believe it or not, there is something of a smart way to use steroids. What you preach however, is not the right way. Having "lots of androgens" whatever that is suppose to mean is horseshit. He didn't get shotdown, he asked for advice, and got honest, caring answers. Putting health and maximum genetic potential above all, other people helped him. What your doing, is just advocating the use of as many roids as possible to gain 50 lbs at a time, keeping "lots of androgens" in your body, and thinking that 900 mg of deca a week is gonna do anything more then 600 tops will. All in my humble opinion, although I can't see why some may disagree.
 
i've been lifting on and off for 2 years I' m gonna wait a month or two before juicing. Then i'm gonna go on deca for 10 weeks 400/mg a week and 5th week bump it up to 500mg thanks for the help and for the bullshit.

thanks for the advcie all of you and jucing since whenever thank you too I will not do 900 mg thats a waste of deca and a waste of money like I said before i will do 400 and 500mg shotsa week but thanks for giving me your opinion and i do think it is important because if i take roids now than i have a while to get big and then come off of them in the future i can get clean to compete but thanks for the help and all you looking out for me thanks too. Now can someone please give eme a good cycle of what to include and the mg i have provided how to range that??thanks Josh

anybody whos pushed 250 pounds in good shape knows bigger doses work. baby 400 mg weekly will get your weight up slightly, of course , but wont take you farther then youve gone before. i guess it depends are you building up or just fucking around staying the same- if you cant go farther then before whats the point? i would say 1gram of anything a week is not excessive this is what works for me. if you can get by with 500mg you are either very gifted or not that heavy. evetybody has diff opinions on what is ' good results'. and there is no easy way out
