Training history - 12 years
Build - I think a combination of an ectomorph & mesomorph

Cycle history:
2001
Deca @ 300mgs/week, weeks 1-10
no PCT, no anti-estrogens (one case of deca dick, anti's ultimately not needed)
Gained about 15 lbs, kept about 8

2005
Sustanon 250mgs/week, weeks 1-10
D-bol 20mgs/ED, weeks 1-8
PCT HCG, Nolvadex on hand; not needed

Yesterday got 20ml Test E (GA Labs) @ 250 mg/ml & 20ml Equipoise (GA Labs) @ 300 mg/ml. I was going to cycle it like this (I think both bottles are 1 shot short):

1cc of Test E & 1cc EQ (same pin) every 5 days. I have received a lot of conflicting info about running the EQ @ a slightly higher dosage then the test. Some say "no problem" while others say "your dick will fall off". If i have any libido issues I will adjust the dosages. I also have access to both N-dex and A-dex for any gyno issues and have HCG & Clomid for PCT.

If I move forward like this is laid out, it will be roughly a 12-13 week cycle of
Test E 365 mgs EW
EQ 438 mgs EW

I will post updates/progress/issues etc. throughout. Opinions welcome!

It has been 11 days since I started. I wound up receiving a free long weekend away to St. Thomas (yay!). in order to keep my hormones as level as possible, i have injected a little more than I was scheduled for. Didn't want to try and bring it on a plane. Anyway, 11 days in and my body weight is exactly the same. I think I have noticed a slight change in body composition. Strength is the same. I feel like I have slightly more muscle endurance, cardio sessions are improved. Had a pretty strong panic attack this morning through the early afternoon. I am due for a shot tonight, I am feeling better by the hour and just want to ride it out a bit.

I am going to wait until I notice more of a change before I post agin.
 
Took my 5th shot of EQ300 & Test E250 E5Days...total body weight is up about 4 solid pounds...very hard and vascular looking...strength has gone up on every single exercise...great muscle endurance. Please critique my workout routine. I'm afraid i might be over training, i thought my BW would be higher, but i do have to say the "hardness"is appealing as well. my workout:

Monday - Chest/Abs/25 minutes of cardio
Tuesday - Legs/Calves/25 minutes cardio
Wednesday - Shoulders/abs/25 minutes cardio
Thursday - Tri's/calves/25 minutes cardio
Friday - Back/abs/25 minutes cardio
Saturday- Whole body/active recovery (4 sets each of clean&jerks, front squats & SLDL...moderate weight, more form and stretching)
&abs no cardio
Sunday- Bi's/calves 25 minutes cardio


Diet has been 2-3 shakes each consisting of 50grams Whey (casein @ night) with 50grams of maltodextrin & 2-3 solid meals consisting of either chicken/fish/steak & rice/potatoe/whole-wheat pasta & a vegetable

Any suggestions for a workout that consists of 7 days a week? I just feel so much better going everyday (psycholgical reasons as well) but at the same time i realize that it is probably hindering gains. I think at the least i will reduce daily cardio to 15 minutes (this should burn at least 150 calories first thing in the morning). thanks.
 
Today marked 21 days exactly. I have had an intense week of workouts. Strength has to up 10-20% accross the board (depending on the exercise). I am using this cycle to get caught up on some weak point areas (traps,calves & quads) and it is clearly working. Several people have made positive comments. Little to no water retention (and i'm taking nothing for this), appetite is great and so far the sides are minimal. I'm going tanning to keep the skin dry (mild acne) and surprisingly i have needed only 6-7 hours of sleep at night. My prior cycle I remember needing 9-10 hours per night. Later.
