Saw your money.

The previews tells the whole story.

There is some great photgraphy moments in there, but overall, a bunch of hoola about nothing.

Best battle by far was Nameless vs Sky. In one of the battles of nameless and broken sword, it looked like a flying version of Swan Lake, the ballet over the water. Yawn.

I did like how they incorporated a dominant color in each story.

But it was NOT the story I thought it would be. I thought it would be one man against an army and nation that rallied people behind him. shit, still wish it was that.

geigh..................... NO just kidding... I am so in line to see this move :)

I am just so f/n surprised Bush wasn't mentioned in this post.... you seem to hate that bastard!

Oh yeah, I thought the person named Flying Snow was Bush's coke dealer.

I knew you had a motive........

never heard of it.

I saw the Chinese version of it last year...It was interesting, but I wouldn't pay to see it. It's a standard run of the mill Chinese movie. The shadows of the arrows darkening the scene was pretty cool. Some things were just plain ridiculous though, clothing stopping arrows and shit.

Yeah, funny how they put the ending in the trailer?

I don't get all this fucking flying around in the air and trees and across lakes that chinese kung fu dudes are suppose to do. I prefer my action ground based and no fucking wires.

i was afraid it was going to be all subtitles. I guess thats what it is. that would definitely keep me from paying money for it.

And now for something completely different:

The movie was EXCELLENT. I normally dislike Tarentino movies, but this one was perfect.

Namely, it was 'beautiful' and 'philosophically coherent.' For me, the latter is very important to liking a film.

The worse thing about the movie? The preview. The previews totally lie about the film and only make you confused.

Go see it. I give it 9 out of 10.

I thought you were talking about me. ;)

Tarentino had no part in the making, directing, or production of this movie, he simple sped up the process time to get it over to Hollywood by pulling some strings and attaching his name to it

I just saw it last night. Definitly an interesting movie, previews were a little misleading but thats so common these days that I dont even care. The cinematography and visuals were truely beautiful, but the plot seemed to really attempt to complicate itself for something that was very face value. The fight scenes were of course outstanding, but not as good as Crouching Tiger in my opinion

I think its worth checking out, pretty unique, fun movie.
