Just renewed plat

Call customer service...very easy to work with...

After I had been gone for like 3 years, they were still able to renew my old account.
 
Right ive proper fucked this up. ive now had to cancel the subscription because i need to make a new account. But my username is already in use?

Did you call customer service...

They spent an hour on the phone with me because I couldnt remeber how I spelled my username...but eventually the guy fixed it.

I was duly impressed.
 
hold your horses... I'm copying this to the Mod Board, just in case, In my previous experience it was automatic.

Just log-off. clear your cookies and post again.

If it doesn't work, I will post it there
 
It's a pain to call CS from the UK but it might be your best choice.

If you already filled in your credit card details then the money might already have been taken. Don't try to sort this out yourself, you can only make it worse.

Fill in a support ticket and most people then make a thread along the lines of 'MODS/ADMINS HELP ME'. They don't like it when people do that, though it's often the quickest way to get support, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Its ok its only 7 stirling. What number do you call from here BW?
 
i had to cancel the previous subscription because i never entered my user name. I presumed it was a seperate user name from this one. Just clicking the cancel button does actually cancel, right?

I'm not sure on that. It might just cancel the renewal.
