Just received my forma-stanzol. Now what?

How do I go about using this product to get rid of my non-steroid induced gyno? Do I just apply 5 pumps to my chest? Should I rub it in or let it dry naturally?

I dont think forma only will do it, try and get a hold of parmi and letro, forma for rebound.
