Just prescribed HRT. Help is appreciated

First time poster, Long time Stalker.

Got my test results today my Test was 286 and i think my free test or bio test was 2%. Doc said problem lies from the pituitary issue. Got a great doc he is the Doc for the University of Louisville sports department.

Was prescribed 800mgTest Cyp per month 200mg per week one shot per week. I have been a gym goer since 2007. Im 6'3" 250lbs. Im right at 17%BF. Not fat by any means but no 6 pack either. Been a football player since High school. Just turned 32 so this low Test thing SUX!!!

I dont want to abuse my HRT but I do or let me say WOULD love to get some incredible results as this will be my first AAS go. My past consists of a 30 day go of HDROL in 2008. I dosed that at 50mg a day for 28 days. Not much but tried to be safe.

I am lucky enough to have access to the same brand Test Cypionate as i am prescribed. My thgoughts are Doubling???? my dosage for 8-12 weeks then fall back to the protocol.

My question is for those who have done this. Was it a good idea in hindsight? I have Arimidex on hand to take at .25mg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Nolva can get at any time if recomended.

I appreciate any advise that is given. I plan to start my HRT Sunday so I have a couple days to get my ducks in a row.

Nothing wrong with doing a 10-12 week 400mg blast. Only concern would be added estrogen. Id also recommend trying to find you caloric sweet spot prior to the blast so you can gain mass AND lose fat. Does your HRT include an anti-e at all?

200 a week is a pretty heft dose. I'd use just 100 a week -- that's plenty to get you up in the healthy/high range. Then save the rest up for a cycle or two throughout the year.

A little anti e is recommend. 1/4 tab of dex twice a week should be fine.

To make the most of the HRT and to increase Free T use UNLEASHED every day.

Other than that, ENJOY!

Nelson, what antis are usually prescribed by your HRT or any HRT Doctor? Also if he doubles his dose will his blood work not come back high and his HRT doctor stop prescribing? Thanks for the replies. I probably should have stated im just now starting test sunday. So my plan is to do it to my docs specs for 6 weeks as I have a follow up apt in oct. This way my blood level isn't crazy high.

I was not prescribed adex. I was very vocal about adex once he told me about going on hrt. He said most men don't require adex as anything under 400mg of test is considered mild. I however have it and plam to use it at .25mg mon wed and friday. Im sure this may be over kill but ive researched cycles for years and feel a low dose will be minimal on my lipids and help with any edtrogen sides 800mg of test can cause.

Ive also decided to wait for the higher dose of test just to see how I respond. No need to go big if its not needed.

In all honest will I feel good effects on 800mg of test a month.

Why would the doc stop prescribing? Not sure what you mean. If anything, if you come back and the T level is too high they'd cut the dosage down.

Your HRT doc is prescribing 800mgs of test per month? Am I reading that right? Correct me if I’m wrong but I was under the impression that 100mgs per month was about the norm. Obviously everyone will differ, but I thought that was what most doc’s gave give or take. If I’m reading this correct your doc is prescribing you about 8x the normal dosage. That’s clearly steroid cycle dosage unless I’m missing something.

My name is Mike, I have been into BB for 20yrs. I use to be a member here years ago back in the FORBBS days if anyone remebers that lol. I have used all types of gear over the years ugls an dr hrt. Am very much up to speed on this stuff just been gone for a few yrs due to a growing family. So I came back to my fav place online elite fitness. This is by far the very best website online. All other boards push garbge/lies. Am not here to push a source or to sell anything. Just wanted to give a little bit about my self. I have been reading a lot of boards an I see the scams have gotten worse since I was last around! Its horrible out there these days. I read horrible post and advise to new guys. But elite fitness is by far the best place to be! As far as hrt I did it for yrs an it was very very costly but let me tell you the gear was beyound anything I have ever ever used. A simple .25 subq of test cyp twice a week did me better then the 1000mg a week I use to do with any ugl! It was/is amazing! I did .25 test cyp twice a week subq an .30 twice a week of hcg an 1mg a day of arimdex an in a month put on 8pounds an sex drive was 2 3 times a DAY! But due to the cost I had to end my treatment a month agao, since then I have used 4 ugls an all were JUNK!
I hope with my yrs of doing this and coming back here I can help at least 1 person!
