Just passed out for the first time

Seeing as I've never passed out before,it was pretty crazy for me.I stared out my night with a Smirnoff ice,and 2 vicodin.I've done this tons of times before,so I had no worries.Hour or so later,I got really nauseous,and lightheaded,this made me really fucking nervous which in turn made my stomach even more nauseous.Within another 20 seconds it's so bad I stumble to my brothers room to tell him I'm fucked.My vision goes out, then It comes back,but now I'm on the floor covered in sweat.I know I fell hard cause my neck,and back of my head are aching.What the fuck just happened?Any of you had this happen?

I never passed out while drinking, but I used to black out.

I would have to hear from my friends how they watched over me while I was an ass. Lost a lot of friends due to booze.
