Here goes. A cc is a measurement of volume. For example, in the example of car engine you could have a 454 ci engine which means the engine displaces 454 cubic inches of water. That same engine could also be referred to as a 6.8 L engine using the metric system, meaning that it displaces 6.8 liters of water. A cc is just used for smaller measurements like in a 600 cc motorcycle engine, or in the 1cc amps of zambon winstrol, or 1cc amps of sustenon. A 600 cc motorcycle engine would displace 600 amps of winstrol zambons.
CC stands for cubic centimeter. If you had a cube that was one centemeter high, and one centimeter wide, it would hold 1 cc of liquid. A cc is equal to a millileter or ml. We use that to measure liquids same as you guys in the states do. For example a quart of rum is approx 750ml.
If your gear is 50 mg per ml like winstrol, that means that in each cc there is 50 mg of medication. If you shot 2 cc's or 2ml's you would get 100 mg of medication.
Hope this helps. Sorry if the car/motorcycle example is confusing. I always use them for analogies!
Cheers.
