hey guys,
i was in the doctors office this morning and lo and behold, Joe Deangelis walks in!! The dude is all muscle with no fat!! his arms are CUT! an arm bone with cut muscle hanging off insertions. you could see the dudes tendons, muscle tie ins, etc. he looked AWESOME!! shredded. he must be prepping for a contest, or just competed recently. The doc also introduced me to him. Hes a really nice guy, even though he was in pain, it looked like.
